Investment without the discussion

I have been toying with the idea of buying in to the rotorua accommodation industry for quite some time now but I hadn’t found a place that I was really keen on, that is until recently when my business broker called and told me about a place that had just been listed on the market. It was pretty much exactly what I had been looking for which is a big deal as I was very particular with my requirements of a place. I am not buying anything on my own of course as I don’t have that sort of money but I do have a silent partner who is happy for me to make a decision on a new business.
