Very Helpful Staff

One thing that impressed me the most with our hotel near Arenal volcano was that it was so perfectly situated we didn’t need to hire a car. Internet access, a wide variety of shops, pharmacy and many different restaurants were all close enough at hand to be able to get to without needing a car. We arranged loads of tours around Arenal lake and up to the Arenal volcano as well as a tour into the rainforest. In fact, we had a fabulous car-free holiday and enjoyed not having to spend a minute behind the wheel of a car. As to the hotel itself, this was perfect, with friendly staff who gave us lots of help to sort ourselves out with our tours and things.
