A Downed Tree

Last week, during an ice storm, our neighbor’s tree came down and smashed a hole in our roof. It practically destroyed our home office and everything in it. His insurance company is paying for all of damage and has already replaced our computer. Thankfully I use carbonite.com and so I didn’t lose anything important. That would have been too much for me to handle. It’s bad enough I have to put up with hammering and sawing for hours on end, but to lose my pictures, music and documents would have been overwhelming. I don’t blame my neighbor, but I might if those were lost.
