Lindsey Vonn plans to race on Wednesday night despite having a badly bruised right shin. It will be interesting to see how Vonn does and if this injury will affect her performance. Vonn is still expected to medal even with her injury. She is hoping to become the second usa women‘s athlete to win a gold medal at these Olympic games.
It should be a very exciting night because there is also the men’s snowboarding halfpipe and short track going on. Shaun White is the clear favorite in the halfpipe and Apolo Anton Ohno will race in the 1,000 meter short track event.
