Old School Silver Baby Rattles

I’ve been looking for a fancy toy for my toddler – something really pretty to splurge on because I love shopping for him. I’ve decided to get him some silver baby rattles, the kind I like imagine the toddlers in books like Jane Eyre would have played with. My only concern is that he might not actually like them – rattles used to be the typical baby toy, but you hardly every see them anymore. I also wonder how heavy they are. I need to see some rattles in person before deciding to buy them, but right now I’m really psyched about them.
