Get Your Frequency Down

Training frequency is a big part of your fitness program, and should be addressed as such.  After about 72 hours the muscles that you trained soo hard will begin to shrink.  This means that you should be training your muscle groups ever 72 hours.  You have to becarful though because you have to know what balance you will need to use. You do not want to overtrain.  If yopu want that great body and get a lean stomach fast you need to know when to train. It is rules like this that can make or break your progress in the gym.
