I Got Smart About Glute Exercises and Got My Young Booty Back

I am nearing 50, and gravity has not been very good to me.  I’m not overweight, nor am I in bad shape, I just have some light issues with sagging body parts and cellulite on my rear end.  I decided I didn’t want it to be that way, so I got smart about how I ate and exercised.  I started doing targeted glute exercises along with bike riding and walking a few times a week.  I have achieved my goal of regaining my youthful booty.  My husband tells me I have the body and booty of a 20 year old.  Funny, I feel like a 20 year old again.
