Amazing difference in myhands

I have ordered this to try on my pitiful dry feet during this harsh winter. I had such amazing results, I decided to try this beauty cream on my palms. I suffer from a form of skin disease, that makes my palms break out in bumps and then the skin becomes very hard and it cracks.
