Sneaky Thieves

It seems as though Internet thieves are getting a lot sneakier about luring in unsuspecting victims.  The thing that upsets me the most is the fact that the older people are the targeted victims of this crime.  I have noticed that it is sometimes difficult to tell if something is a Phishing Scam or not.  I feel that there should be stricter punishments given to those who are caught committing this crime.  The worst part is that it is very difficult to catch them.  I am hoping that they catch a lot of them and make examples out of them by laying down the law.
