New Contest

The Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award contest is now accepting entries. Their online submitting opened on January 25 at 12:01 AM, Eastern Standard Time. Vampire novel author, Adrienne Monson, sent her entry as soon as they opened their site to submissions. “The server was overwhelmed and the pages took a long time to load, but I’m just glad I was able to get my manuscript in.” Many aspiring authors love the opportunity that the Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award gives them. It helps to move them past the slush pile to have better odds at having an interested publisher make a book deal. The winner of this contest will get a contract with Penguin.
